Wait! I'm confused?!?
Are you a BBQ joint, a disc golf store, a food truck, a branded clothing line, a sauce maker, or a liquor store?
...well, the simplest answer is "YES!".
The Truck
The Uncle D's Kaua'i food truck is an island favorite at local events. Known for their Mac-n-Cheese Boats, beer braised burgers, and mouth watering ribs, you can't miss the giant red mustachioed trailer.
The Discs
Uncle D loves disc sports! He's played Ultimate and Disc Golf for two decades. Check out kauaidiscs.com to learn more about our local courses, custom discs, and events.
The Sauce
Our sauces and seasonings are certain to titillate your taste buds. Made with organic and local ingredients, we take pride in each and every one of our products. Stop into the shop to try them out! (online store currently under construction)
The Other Sauce
Love craft beer? So do we! We also enjoy PBR! Come by to get setup for whatever your day may hold. Beer, wine, spirits, and mixers...we've got you covered!
The BBQ
We do the slow part of BBQ so we can get it to you quickly! We're open for lunches Wed-Fri 10:30-2:30, and when we sell out, we're done!
The Swag
We know you love our "Get Saucy" shorts, because you can't get enough of the guys wearing them in the food truck. We know you love our "Day Drinking Society"™ shirts because you're always asking when we have more of them in stock. This inventory rotates out pretty quickly, so you'll have to come into the shop to see what we have!
